Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, kindly do so before your order is shipped
1. Log into your account and click on Cancel Order option against your order number.
2. If cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund to your original mode of payment.
3. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy*
We offer a 5 day easy return policy for your convenience.
1. If you receive a product in damaged, defective or tampered packaging, please refuse to accept the parcel and notify us immediately on whatsapp number +917284906532 or mail us at leelavatisaree@gmail.com with your Order ID
2. In case you wish to return the product for any other reason, you must raise a return request within 5 days of receiving the order via WhatsApp on +91 72849 06532 or email us at leelavatisaree@gmail.com
3. Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, with original tags, packaging and in the same condition as delivered.
Note: In rare cases where courier pickup is unavailable from your location, you may be required to ship the product to our warehouse at your own expense.

Products Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
The following products will not be eligible for return or replacement:
1. Products exhibiting physical damage post-delivery
2. Wrong products recieved in return.
3. Exchanged products (no further return or exchange allowed)
4. Return/Exchange requests raised after *48 hours* of order delivery
Refund Policy
1. Successfully returned orders are eligible for a full refund
2. Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after the product is received and inspected at our warehouse.
3. Prepaid order refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment
4. A nominal fee of ₹100 will be deducted for return logistics/pick-up charges.
5. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Exchange Policy
1. We offer a 5-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

3. Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange for a pick-up from your doorstep.
4. A replacement product will be dispatched within 5-7 working days after we receive your original product.
5. No discounts apply on exchanged orders.
6. Return or exchange of an already exchanged product is not permitted.
